					<description><![CDATA[I am truly sorry about your late partner, and the family member that passed away recently. Loss is such a devastating thing to go through, and legal matters just compound that. You&#039;ve made some incredibly useful points, so this is a very eye-opening post. I actually wrote my own will before my 2nd surgery, thinking there was a reasonable chance I wouldn&#039;t make it, but I can see that it needs updating and rewriting. Thank you for sharing as I know this can&#039;t be an easy topic to write about.
