We have an electric shower and I didn’t realise how much energy it used, eek. We’re looking at getting solar to help with the rising costs but we’re just waiting for a quote x

These are such great and helpful tips to allow us to be more mindful of how we can save energy throughout the day, thank you for sharing. I’m trying to bulk cook more to save energy and I do turn the lights off in the evening and light candles instead. It can be overwhelming trying to address everything but small changes over time add up to make a big difference.

I think there is always something you can do to save energy, most of the main pointers you have covered, but thicker curtains, draught excluders, re-using water for other purposes and more also do help too.
