Thanks, Mellissa. Yes, I'm a fan of Llandudno and really looking forward to going again. I couldn't let 2020 pass without at least one visit to Wales!

I've been taking advantage of the Eat Out scheme. It is one positive thing and it really boosted our mood as finances are tight. I hope you enjoy the trip to LLandudno, my mum loves that place!

Thanks for the comment. Yes, I have every sympathy for people who because of their work have to wear masks for long periods. I have a mild lung condition that means while I can wear a mask for a few minutes, anything over that is problematic. So shields/visors are a good compromise for me. But that aside, while I accept that there is a place for masks in a clinical setting, I am dubious about their benefits in shops, schools, and so on. Even the deputy chief medical officer, Jenny Harries, has said that the evidence in favour is not very strong. And I often seen people fiddling with their masks and then touching things, thus actually increasing the chances of passing the virus on.

The visor masks are great, I wear one at the shop where I volunteer, as wearing a mask, cloth or otherwise for a whole day does get a bit difficult - mind you nurses wear one for hours for ops - so I am not against it.
