Thanks, Rhian. Yes, that&#039;s it in a nutshell, really. 

Of course, some money may well be left in the property anyway, especially if it rises in value (and/or you don&#039;t live another 50 years!). Also, as I say in the article, it&#039;s possible to choose a plan that guarantees some equity will always remain in the property. Though of course this may impact the amount of cash you can withdraw and/or the interest rate you have to pay.]]></description>
